HARMONY HORSEWORKS
We are a horse rescue and equine sanctuary located in the Colorado Front Range mountains southwest of Denver. We rehabilitate horses and ready them for adoption to loving and caring homes. Those that cannot be rehabilitated because of medical problems stay on as our sanctuary horses and are used in our horse/human interative training and therapy programs. No matter what their problems when they arrive at Harmony, the become useful and productive pets, performers or facilitators. We heal traumatized horses using Equine Stress Control Therapy (Wright-ESCT) and train equine professionals in its theory and application to become healers. Our clinics and demos offer the spooky horse owner an opportunity to see how they can transform their flighty horse into a model of good behavior.
