HOW DO I RENEW MY PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP:
Our
memberships renew annually. You will receive daily renewal reminders
starting 12 days before your premium membership expires. This is to ensure that
you renew your premium membership before it expires, to avoid AUTOMATED DELETION of all your For Sale Listings, Horse Photos, Photo Gallery, Documents, and Listing text on your membership expiration date!
TWO WAYS TO RENEW YOUR
MEMBERSHIP WHEN YOU ARE RECEIVING MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL EMAIL NOTICES:
1. Login to your account
Click on your listing's link to view the listing and renew buttons.
Click on one of the membership buttons (Blue Ribbon, Grand Champion, Best of Show) to renew at the same level or upgrade your membership.
2. Or Visit your public listing and click on one of the buttons at the bottom of your listing's page to renew/upgrade your annual
membership.

ONLINE: We accept secure online payments with PayPal. Your credit card information is never revealed to us. You can also use your checking account debit card to make a payment from your checking just like a credit card.
POSTAL MAIL: We also accept personal/business checks via postal mail, but you must email us beforehand so that we can assure your listing won't be automatically deleted before payment is received.

HOW
DO I UPGRADE MY EXISTING PAID LISTING:
If
you already have a paid listing such as "Blue Ribbon" and would like
to take advantage of the additional features of say "Grand Champion"
when your membership is currently not up for renewal, Visit your public listing and click on one of the buttons at the bottom of your listing's page to renew/upgrade your annual
membership.

HOW DO I POST A HORSE FOR SALE?
In
order to post a horse or item for sale, you must have a premium membership such as Blue Ribbon, Grand Champion, and Best of
Show. They provide 3, 5, or 10 sales listings for your membership acct. View

HOW DO I GET A BANNER AD ON YOUR
WEBSITE?
You
can either signup for a Best of Show membership, or buy a spot out of 4 banners on the top header of the entire website. Click

HELP,
I KEEP GETTING LOGGED OUT OF MY MEMBER AREA
Some
members find that when they log into their member account, they keep getting
logged out. This is most likely due to your browser settings. Our website uses
session cookies to keep you logged into your member area. To fix the
problem try this:
Microsoft Internet Explorer browser:
On browser header toolbar, click Tools > Internet Options > Privacy
(Tab) > Advanced (Button).
Click "Always Allow" for "First-party cookies" and "Third-party cookies".
IMPORTANT! CHECK THE BOX for "Always allow session cookies". If that one is unchecked, you will
get logged out on our site.
Also edit your setting to ALLOW session cookies from our Website:
On browser header toolbar, click Tools > Internet Options > Privacy
(Tab) > Sites (button) or Edit (button).
Type miniaturehorsefarmsdirectory.com and click ALLOW button
Click OK button on this screen.

WHEN VIEWING CATEGORIES:
Click the farm/company name for a detailed description, For Sale/Wanted/Services listings, and contact information.
To return to the previous category, click the links in the gray navigation bar at top of page.

WHEN VIEWING LISTINGS:
Click "Horse/Item listings" to view horses for sale by the farm listing you're viewing.
Click "Photo Gallery" to view the listing's gallery of photos.
Click "Send message" to send an email to the company contact person (if available).
Click "Add A Review" to add your public comment to this listing.
Click "Print" for a printer-friendly version of this listing.
Click "Mail To A Friend" to send your friend a short message with a website link to this listing.
Click "View map/route" to find out the geographic location of this listing.

CALENDAR:
ONLY MINIATURE HORSE - RELATED EVENTS ARE TO BE POSTED.
To ADD AN EVENT, Click on the number of the day you'd like to add an event to.
Calendar Text: Type short description of event.
Category: You can specify a category for your event, which color-codes your event.
Popup Text or URL Link: Type a longer description in this box. It will link your Calendar Text and allow for website links to other sites for further event info.

SEARCH LISTINGS:
Click the item for the contact information and the complete list of horse/item listings for this farm/company (if available).
You can search for any record in the database using complete words in your query. Please, try to search for plural forms of the requested item if nothing was found.
System searches for the specified words in ITEM and DESCRIPTION fields. You may also define the listing type to search.
Click the image for a fullsize picture.
Click the image name for the contact information and the complete list of items and images (if available).
You can search for any record in our database using complete words in your query, if nothing was found, please, try to search for plural forms of the requested item.

System searches for the specified words in FARM/COMPANY NAME and DESCRIPTION fields. You may also define the location of the farm or business.
You can search for any record in the listings database using fragments of contact information.
If field is empty, it is not used in search query.
Leave all fields empty to get all listings from the database.

MEMBER LOGIN:
If you are a registered directory member, you can
login to your account and change your registration information, upload files and edit your listings (depending on your
membership level).
Forgot
Your Password? Click Password reminder link if you forgot your password. Type your email address
associated with your account and hit send. You will be emailed a new password.
Forgot
Your Username? Contact Us and we will look it up for
you. Just be sure to use the same email address that you used when you signed up in order for us to verify your identity.

MY ACCT:
Click
"Change" button to change your e-mail address and/or account password.
To edit a category listing in your member account, click on the listing's link.
To add another listing in an additional category, click "Add Farm/Company".

MEMBER LISTINGS AREA:
To edit farm/company name, description, and contact information click "Change".
To edit listings click "Horse/Item Listings" (if available).
To edit photo gallery click "Photo Gallery" (if available).
To upload a banner or a logo (see bottom of page) click "Browse" to select a file from your computer and click "Upload". (if available)
Note: Only .gif .jpg
.png and .bmp file formats for banners and logos can be used.
To choose a different listing click "My Acct" in upper left menu box.
To logout of your member area click "Logout".

HOW DO I UPLOAD MY BANNERS AND LOGO TO MY
LISTING?
Grand
Champion members can upload a logo, Best of Show members can upload a top banner, side banner and logo.
1.
Member Login - type in member login and password.
2. Click on your farm name (a blue link)
3. Scroll down the page until you see BANNER UPLOAD.
4. To upload a banner or a logo click "Browse" button to select a file from your computer, once
file is selected, click "Upload" button.
Note:
Only .gif .jpg .png and .bmp file formats for banners and logos can be used.

HORSE/ITEM LISTINGS:
To ADD a horse/item, specify the type of listing (FOR SALE, WANTED, SERVICES), describe horse/item and press "Add" button.
To SELECT a listing to edit or upload a photo for, click on the dot (radio button) to left of listing.
To UPLOAD a photo you must first submit a listing, then select the listing (click dot to left of listing) you want to upload a photo for, click "Browse" to find an image on your computer, then press "Upload" button. (if available)
To EDIT an existing listing, select listing (click dot to left of listing) and press "Edit", to load existing information into form. Press "Submit Change" button to publish the listing.
To DELETE a horse/item, select listing and press "Delete" button.
To return to the main menu click the "Back" button.
Please double check that your email address is correct so that you may receive an email response.
To send your friend a short message with a website link to this listing, specify your email and your friend's email to send a link to. You can also upload an attachment to the email.
Click the farm/company name link above the listing for detailed description and contact info.
To return to the current category or subcategory, click it's name in the gray navigation bar at the very top of the page.

ADDING A LISTING:
NEW USERS: ADD A FREE LISTING to our directory using this simple form. Once added, you can login and upgrade your membership for added features.
EXISTING USERS or THOSE ALREADY LISTED: Login to your member area and add a new listing to your account, don't use this form.
It is a mandatory requirement to fill in all the fields marked with a red star (asterisk).
CATEGORY - Click on the category you'd like to be listed in. Hold down CTRL key then select an additional category to be listed in (2 categories allowed per listing). Example: You want to be listed under "FARMS and BREEDERS in California" *and* "HORSES FOR SALE" Categories.
Your password has to be at least 4 characters long, please don't use spaces and inverted commas.

PHOTO GALLERY:
To ADD an image into your gallery, Title your photo (required), Add your Description text (optional), then click "Browse" to locate image on your computer. Click "Add Photo" to upload photo.
To DELETE an image, Select it (round radio button) and press "Delete Photo" button.
To return to the main menu click the "Back" button.
Click on the photo or photo name to view the full size picture.
Click the house icon in the gray navigation bar at the top of the page to return to the home page.

DOCUMENTS GALLERY:
To ADD a document, Title your document (required), Add your Description text (optional), then click "Browse" to locate document on your computer. Click "Add Document" to upload document.
To VIEW or DOWNLOAD a document, Click on the file link.
To DELETE a document, Select the file listing (round radio button), then Click "Delete Document" button.
To return to the main menu click the "Back" button.

ADDING A LISTING REVIEW:
Please, add your public comments about this farm/company. Specify your name and a message, email and website link are optional fields.
Your review will be checked by the website admin before it appears in the directory.
Click the house icon in the gray navigation bar at top of page to return to the home page.
